Governor Oyetola disburses N360 million to artisans

Some artisans in Osun State and Ilesa last Wednesday smiled home as the state, Gboyega Oyetola, began the disbursement of over N636,000,000 to them.

The disbursement, according to an impeccable source, which commenced at the Mandela Freedom Park, Osogbo, was an initiative of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in conjunction with the Osun State government to assist small-scale businesses in the state.

While speaking with newsmen, the General Manager, Osun State Micro Credit Agency, Mr Sanya Olapade, who spoke on behalf of the General Manager, said with the launch, the beneficiaries would be 31,888 people, including artisans, traders, farmers, manufacturers and producer of goods and the public.
